Custom Art Terms

Payment

Payments will be processed through Ellystrations Square Invoicing. Upon agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total price of the piece will be required. Work will only be started once deposit is received. If there is a delay in payment of the deposit, the scheduled completion date of the piece may be pushed back. Upon final completion, the remaining balance will be required to access final files.

Drafts & Updating

To ensure the art is to your liking, sketches/drafts will be sent via email and we encourage feedback during the process. If a due date is provided, please keep in mind that this may push the date back.

Social Media & Marketing

We may or may not use your requested art for promotional material on any of our social media accounts.

Commercial Use

We do not allow our custom art to be used in a commercial capacity. Commercial licensing is available upon request.

Right to Refusal

Ellystrations retains its right to refuse a request for any reason. We may refer another artist if we are unable to complete your request.

18+ (NSFW) Art

NSFW art is allowed, but Ellystrations retains its right to refuse a request if it is out of our scope of work.

Refunds

If requested in the first 24hrs following the deposit payment, a full refund may be granted. However, funds requested by the customer after 24hrs following deposit will not be subject to refund. In the event of failure to complete work by Ellystratioins, a full refund will be provided to the customer. This does not include work completed after a scheduled date due to delays on the customer end.

Shop Terms

Payment & Refunds

Payment for all shop items will be processed through Etsy or Square Invoicing. There will be no refunds for any digital download items. Tokens, prints, buttons, and other physical items may be refunded if the item has not been opened or is in good condition upon return to Ellystrations. Items that arrive damaged are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Commercial Use

We do not allow any of our art or items to be used in a commercial capacity. Commercial licensing is available upon request.
